【點新聞報道】壹傳媒創辦人黎智英與《蘋果日報》3間相關公司涉嫌串謀勾結外國勢力案12月15日宣布裁決，三名國安法指定法官裁定黎智英兩項串謀勾結外國勢力罪及一項串謀發布煽動刊物罪全部罪成。民建聯副主席、立法會議員陳學鋒今日（17日）在社交平台以英文發聲表示，法庭的定罪裁決彰顯了法律的正義，維護了香港的核心價值。外國政客應停止污衊抹黑特區司法機構，並停止干涉中國主權。
陳學鋒強調，香港是法治社會，法院明確指出，黎智英並非因其政治觀點或信念受審。法庭僅考慮有關的法律和案中證據，以決定控方是否已把各被告面對的控罪證明至毫無合理疑點。
陳學鋒表示，一些外國政客要求特區政府「立即放人」，從根本上對法治精神缺乏尊重。黎智英長期利用其媒體平台《蘋果日報》煽動顛覆分裂國家、激起仇恨、美化暴力，其罪行證據確鑿。法庭的定罪判決彰顯了法律的正義，維護了香港的核心價值。
陳學鋒表示，外國政客應停止污衊抹黑香港特區司法機構，並停止干涉中國主權。

Jimmy Lai, founder of Next Digital, was found guilty on all three charges of violating the Hong Kong National Security Law and colluding with foreign forces. Hong Kong is a society governed by the rule of law, and *the court clearly stated that Jimmy Lai was not on trial for his political views or beliefs* . The court only considered the law and evidence to determine if the prosecution had proven the charges against the defendants beyond reasonable doubt.
Some foreign politicians have called for Jimmy Lai's immediate release, which fundamentally shows a lack of respect for the spirit of the rule of law. Jimmy Lai has long used his media outlet, Apple Daily, to deliberately incite social division, stir up hatred, and glorify violence. The evidence is conclusive, and the court's conviction reflects the justice of the law, upholding Hong Kong's core values.
Please stop slandering and discrediting Hong Kong's judiciary, and refrain from interfering with China's sovereignty!
